Data we process

We may process account data such as email, username, display name and login provider data; puzzle activity such as created puzzles, progress, ratings and reports; technical data such as IP address, device/browser information and logs; and support messages you send to us.

Payments

Paid hint purchases are processed by a payment provider or Merchant of Record. We receive only the information needed to confirm the purchase, deliver hints, handle support and meet legal obligations. We do not store full card numbers.

Cookies and analytics

We may use essential cookies for login and security, analytics to understand service usage and advertising or measurement technologies where enabled. Browser settings may allow you to block some cookies, but parts of the service may stop working.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to provide accounts and puzzle features, deliver purchased digital content, protect the service, prevent abuse, answer support requests, comply with legal obligations and improve RelaxPuzzles.

Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the service, accounting, legal, security and legitimate operational purposes. User-created public puzzles may remain part of the service even if an account is later deleted, unless law requires otherwise.
