Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using RelaxPuzzles you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

RelaxPuzzles provides online puzzle software, puzzle content, user puzzle creation tools and optional digital hint packs. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service when necessary.

Personal, non-commercial use

Unless we give written permission, the service, software, generated pages, puzzle content and hints may be used only for personal, non-commercial entertainment and learning.

Commercial use requires permission

You may not use RelaxPuzzles, its software or puzzles to create, publish, sell, distribute or support a commercial product, service, book, app, website, course, event or similar use without our prior written consent. Contact us with what you want to use, how, where, for how long and at what scale; we may offer separate licensing terms.

User-created puzzles

When you create, submit or publish a puzzle through RelaxPuzzles, the puzzle and related submitted content become part of the RelaxPuzzles service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assign transferable rights in that content to the operator. Where assignment is not possible, you grant us an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, edit, publish, display, translate, adapt, monetise and sublicense the content. You are not entitled to payment, royalties or other compensation for submitted puzzles.

Prohibited conduct

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy it at scale, bypass technical limits, submit unlawful or harmful content, infringe third-party rights or use the service for spam, fraud, gambling or illegal activity.

Paid hints

Hint packs are consumable digital content for supported RelaxPuzzles games. They have no cash value, are not transferable and may be subject to technical limitations, account rules and fraud-prevention checks.

Service provided as is

The service and all puzzles, software and hints are provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that puzzles will be error-free, that hints will always be available or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, data loss, business interruption or damage caused by use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date it is made available, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
