This policy explains how refunds work for digital hint packs.
Immediate delivery and withdrawal right
Where required by law, checkout may ask you to expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital content and to acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once supply or use of the digital content begins.
Unused purchases
If no hint from the purchased pack has been used and you contact us within 14 days of purchase, we will review the request and refund it when required by applicable consumer law or when we choose to approve it.
No refund after use begins
Once you start using a purchased hint pack, including using any hint from that pack, the purchase is considered supplied and consumed digital content. To the extent permitted by law, it is not refundable.
Technical problems
If a technical problem prevents delivery or correct use of purchased hints, contact us. We may restore the hints, provide a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
How to request a refund
Email relaxpuzzles@minico.sk with your account email, payment reference, purchase date and a short explanation. Payment providers may also apply their own buyer support process.
